Overview
QuoteDock Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by QuoteDock Pro. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. We take data privacy seriously — given that our business involves handling client specifications and sourcing data, we hold ourselves to a high standard.
Information we collect
Contact and inquiry information. When you submit the sourcing intake form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, and the details you provide about your packaging categories, volumes, and sourcing timeline. We use this to respond to your inquiry and manage your engagement with us.
Client sourcing data. During a paid engagement, you may provide spec sheets, BOM documents, and supplier correspondence. This data is used exclusively to perform the contracted work. It is handled with the same confidentiality standard as contact information and is deleted within 30 days of final deliverable delivery.
Website analytics. We may collect anonymous analytics data (page views, browser type, referral source) to understand how people use our website. We do not use advertising trackers or sell website data.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and free score requests
- To perform the contracted QuoteDock Pro engagement
- To communicate about your engagement status and deliverables
- To improve our services based on aggregate feedback
We do not sell your information. We do not use your financial data for any purpose beyond the contracted work.
Data retention
Client sourcing data (spec sheets, BOM documents, supplier correspondence provided during an engagement) is deleted from our systems within 30 days of final deliverable delivery.
Contact and inquiry information is retained for as long as necessary to manage your engagement and comply with legal obligations, typically no more than 3 years.
Third-party services
We use SendGrid to send transactional emails (confirmation emails, inquiry responses). SendGrid processes email addresses for delivery purposes only. We do not share client sourcing data with SendGrid or any other third party.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. For client financial data, deletion is governed by our 30-day post-delivery policy described above.
