Overview

These terms govern your use of the QuoteDock Pro website (quotedockpro.com) and any professional services engagement you enter into with QuoteDock Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

QuoteDock Pro provides packaging sourcing services on a project basis. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. These terms govern your use of quotedockpro.com and any service engagement with QuoteDock Pro.

By submitting an intake form, you represent that you are authorized to request sourcing services on behalf of your organization and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Payments

Fees are fixed per project as quoted prior to work beginning. Payment terms are NET 15 from invoice date. We do not begin work without a written project quote agreed by both parties.

Deliverables

Deliverables are defined in the project quote. We do not guarantee specific pricing outcomes from suppliers. If we cannot produce a minimum of 3 usable supplier quotes for a Sourcing Sprint, we will either extend the scope at no additional charge or refund the sprint fee — our choice, in consultation with you.

Supplier quotes we deliver reflect supplier responses at the time of engagement. We are not responsible for changes in supplier pricing, lead time, or availability after delivery.

Confidentiality

We treat all client specs, BOM data, supplier correspondence, and project information as confidential. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to perform the contracted work (e.g., formatting your RFQ for supplier distribution). Client project data is deleted within 30 days of final deliverable delivery.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not responsible for supplier performance, pricing changes, lead time extensions, or quality issues after we have delivered the agreed sourcing output.

Legal disclaimer

QuoteDock Pro is a packaging sourcing service, not a licensed procurement agent, broker, or legal representative. We do not act as an agent of any supplier and we do not enter into contracts on your behalf. All supplier contracts, purchase orders, and commercial agreements are entered into directly between you and the supplier.

Supplier quotes we deliver are provided for informational and evaluation purposes. They do not constitute offers, guarantees of availability, or warranties of any kind from the supplier or from QuoteDock Pro. Pricing, lead times, and specifications are subject to change at the supplier’s discretion after delivery.

We recommend that you independently verify supplier qualifications, certifications, and compliance with your industry requirements before entering into any commercial relationship. QuoteDock Pro makes no representation as to the regulatory compliance, food-safety certification, or quality management status of any supplier in our network.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which QuoteDock Pro is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
